​OneTwoDrones aim to comply with ALL regulations and guidelines set out by the UK Civil Aviation Authority. Further Information on the guidelines can be found by visiting the CAA Website.

Zoom lenses are not currently fitted on drone photography camera equipment; therefore, we consider the potential for an accidental breach of privacy or data to be very low during routine operations.

By way of practical mitigation against these risks, OneTwoDrones will:

Take various measures at both the planning stage and during actual operations to prevent accidental invasion of privacy in accordance with current guidelines. This includes identifying such risks and, where necessary, adapting our flight plans or camera operations accordingly in order to reduce or eliminate the privacy risk. We will endeavour to obtain media release form signatures from individuals, if deemed necessary and wherever possible, either at the time or via our clients in advance of operations. We will review footage as soon as practical to check for privacy infringements and either blur or remove individuals’ faces or car registration plate details etc. as appropriate.

Completed production video(s) or stills become the property of or are licensed to our clients, responsibility for compliance also transfers to the client from OneTwoDrones.

PART B: INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT FROM YOU WHEN YOU USE OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES

We may collect and process the following data about you:

Information you give us. You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our site https://onetwodrones.co.uk/contactus/ or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise.
